Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                  
137 "An Act relating to retirement incentive programs for the public           
employees' retirement system and the teachers' retirement system;              
relating to separation incentives for certain state employees; and             
providing for an effective date."  Without objection, the bill was             
referred to the Health, Education and Social Services, then Finance            
Committees.
